Hogna Brygg Gull All-Grain Beer Kit

In collaboration with Hogna Brygg, we have created an all-grain kit for homebrewers who want to brew the refreshing Gull Golden Ale.

Details:

  • Contents: Malted grain (5 kg), hops, yeast, and brewing instructions
  • Yields approx. 22 liters (29 liters pre-boil, approx. 24.5 liters for fermentation)
  • OG: 1.044
  • FG: 1.010
  • EBC 16
  • IBU 22
  • ABV 4.5%
  • Fermentation: 14 days at 18°C
  • Yeast: US-05 dry

Sugar for carbonation, finings, and optional yeast nutrient are not included in the kits.

For quality and shelf life, the malt is unmilled. If you don't already have one, we recommend investing in a grain mill to ensure 100% fresh ingredients on brewing day. Freshly home-milled malt is fantastic!
