Idaho 7 5 kg hop pellets – American hop for breweries
Idaho 7, also known as 007: The Golden Hop, is an American hop with tropical fruit and citrus, think orange, tangerine, apricot and papaya, plus notes of pine and black tea. The variety was released in 2015 as the first proprietary hop from Jackson Farms in Idaho. The 5 kg pack is intended for breweries and larger batches.

Aroma and use
- Orange, tangerine, apricot and papaya, with pine and a hint of black tea
- Mostly used late in the boil, in the whirlpool and for dry hopping, but can also be used for bittering
- Pairs well with Citra, El Dorado and Azacca, according to Yakima Valley Hops

Storage
Store the hops cold, dark and airtight, preferably in a freezer. Reseal opened packs airtight, ideally under vacuum, and return them to the freezer.
