Ss Brewtech InfuSsion TC Mash Tun 75L – insulated stainless steel mash tun
A stable mash temperature is one of the most important factors in the brewing process. The InfuSsion TC Mash Tun from Ss Brewtech is a 75 litre (20 gallon) mash tun in 304 stainless steel with insulated walls and lid, so the temperature drop during the mash is minimal.
Please note: This product is only available in Norway.
The mash tun has sanitary Tri-Clamp connections and the patented Pure Flow Valve, where the wort only touches silicone inside the valve. The bottom slopes 5° towards a centre drain, and the tun has zero dead space, etched volume markings, an integrated thermowell with thermometer and a connection for wort recirculation.

Why do insulated walls matter when mashing?
The enzymes in the mash work within a narrow temperature range, usually 63–68°C. Insulated walls and lid keep the temperature stable throughout the mash.
What is the Pure Flow Valve?
A patented valve with a 1.5" Tri-Clamp connection where the wort only touches silicone inside the valve. This makes the valve easy to keep clean.
Can I recirculate the wort?
Yes. The mash tun has a 3/4" Tri-Clamp connection for wort recirculation.
