Ss Brewtech makes stainless steel brewing equipment for homebrewers and small breweries. Brewshop carries TC Brew Kettles, the InfuSsion TC mash tun, the Brew Bucket fermenter, the FTSs cooling system, and parts and accessories for Chronical and Brew Bucket: false bottoms, whirlpool fittings, racking arm valves, casters and spare clamps.
Choosing Ss Brewtech equipment
Kettle size: The TC Brew Kettle comes in 57, 75 and 189 litre models. The model name is not the full volume: the 75 litre model holds 85 litres in total, the 189 litre model 200 litres. Choose a kettle that holds your pre-boil volume with room to spare.
Three-vessel setup: Pair the kettle with the InfuSsion mash tun and a sparge arm for a classic setup with separate mashing and sparging.
Tri-Clamp: The kettles and mash tun have 1.5" Tri-Clamp ports. The kettle ball valve has 1/2" NPT threads.
Fermentation cooling: FTSs needs a glycol chiller or a container of cold water.

TC Brew Kettle – kettles with a tri-clad bottom, silicone-coated handles, litre and gallon markings inside and a trub dam pickup for clearer wort into the fermenter.
InfuSsion TC Mash Tun 75 litres – mash tun that keeps the mash temperature stable, with a 5° sloped bottom and centre drain, integrated thermowell and thermometer, Pure Flow valve and recirculation.
Brew Bucket 27 litres – conical stainless steel fermenter with a rotating racking arm that draws clear beer above the yeast cake.
FTSs – temperature control for Ss Brewtech tanks: the controller pumps coolant through the cooling coil when the temperature rises above the set point. Quick disconnect kits and a neoprene jacket are available.
Parts and accessories – false bottoms for 38, 75 and 113 litre kettles, whirlpool fittings, sparge arm, recirculation manifold, dip tube with trub dam, blow-off cane and lid for the 64 litre Chronical, casters and spare clamps.

What makes the Ss Brew Kettle different?
The kettle has an integrated pickup for a more effective whirlpool and transfer of clear wort, and a trub dam that keeps as much trub and hop debris as possible in the kettle. It also has a tri-clad bottom, Tri-Clamp ports and volume markings inside.
What do I need to cool with FTSs?
FTSs needs a source of cold water, either a glycol chiller or a container of cold water. The system starts the pump when the fermentation temperature rises above your set point.
Does the false bottom fit the TC Brew Kettle?
The 75 litre false bottom is designed for the standard Ss Brew Kettle. On the TC kettles the included hose is too short, so add a metre of 10 mm silicone hose.
Do you stock the Ss Brewtech Unitank and Chronical?
The tanks themselves are not in the range at the moment, but we carry parts and accessories for them: FTSs cooling, casters, blow-off cane, lid, neoprene jacket and racking arm valves.
