Ebbegarden Kveik 300g - Original Culture

Ebbegarden multi-strain originates from the traditional Ebbegarden farm in Stordal, Norway. This kveik gives your beer a fresh flavor profile with distinct notes of apple and pear, combined with subtle hints of tropical fruit and citrus for added complexity.

Efficient fermentation across a wide temperature range
Ebbegarden ferments well between 15 and 38 °C, and performs best at 31–35 °C. Under optimal conditions, fermentation can be completed in up to 72 hours, making it ideal for brewers who want to combine rapid fermentation with high quality.

Especially well suited for IPA
This kveik is an excellent choice for brewing IPA, where its fruity and complex flavors truly shine. Ebbegarden gives your beer a unique character, rooted in Norwegian brewing tradition.

Pitching Kveik

Pitch directly into the wort by spreading it evenly over the surface, or rehydrate the yeast first. For fermentation below 18°C or with high wort gravity (OG above 1.060), increase the dosage to 60 g/HL.
