Calcium Sulfate Dihydrate / Gypsum 25kg
Calcium sulfate (gypsum) reduces pH during mashing and wort boiling, which improves enzyme activity and reduces the risk of infection. Adds sulfate, which gives the beer a drier and more bitter character, and the correct mouthfeel. Food grade.
Gypsum also reduces the extraction of undesirable silicates, tannins, and polyphenols.
