Whole coriander seeds in a 50 g pack. Coriander is a classic spice in Belgian witbier, often together with orange peel, and is also used in gose. The seeds give a fresh, spicy and slightly citrusy aroma.
Crush the seeds with a mortar and pestle just before use to get the most aroma out of them. Coriander is usually added in the last minutes of the boil.
