LalBrew Abbaye 11g
LalBrew Abbaye™ is an ale yeast of Belgian origin (Westmalle). LalBrew Abbaye™ was selected for its ability to ferment Belgian beers from low to high alcohol, producing the spicy and fruity notes typical of Belgian and Trappist style beers. Fermentation at higher temperatures will produce typical flavors and aromas such as tropical, spicy, and banana. At lower temperatures, this yeast produces darker fruit aromas and flavors of raisin, dates, and fig. Traditional styles brewed with this yeast include, but are not limited to, Belgian wit, Belgian blond, Belgian golden, Dubbel, Tripel, and Quadrupel.
