WLP500 Monastery Ale Yeast - PurePitch Next Generation
Originating from a Belgian monastery, this strain is ideal for Belgian Quadrupels, Tripels, and Dubbels due to its high alcohol tolerance. It produces characteristic plum and cherry notes with a hint of bubblegum. Lower fermentation temperatures (18-19°C) result in a less fruity and more earthy beer.
