LAX - 11g Dry Yeast from WHC Lab
A West Coast ale yeast of American origin, isolated from Sierra Nevada in California. With low ester production and a clean profile, it allows New World hops to take center stage. The aroma produced is quite neutral to highlight the hop aromas, especially in dry-hopped beers. Perfect for West Coast IPAs, Stouts, Brown Ales, Pale Ales, Imperial Stouts.
- Pitch rate: 5-15g per 10L. Minimum 5g/10L at OG 1.045
- Recommended fermentation temperature: 18-22°C
- Flocculation: Medium to medium low
- Attenuation: 76-80%
- Alcohol tolerance: 13%
