Description
Mango IPA – all-grain beer kit for a fruity, fresh IPA
Project Brew presents Mango IPA, an all-grain beer kit for brewing a fruity and refreshing IPA with a big but balanced tropical fruit flavour and aroma. The beer is based on pilsner and wheat malt, and flaked wheat gives a natural haze. Citra hops in the boil are complemented by Mango IPA essence and orange peel, which add a boost of tropical fruit.
The Mango IPA essence from Totally Natural Solutions is a natural blend of extracted mango fruit and hops, completely free of fermentable sugar. It is added after fermentation, either in the secondary vessel before bottling or straight into the keg when keg carbonating.
