WHC Lab introduces Mango Madness yeast, an innovative strain that revolutionizes the brewing process with its unique guava and mango aroma. The yeast accelerates fermentation, allows for dry hopping at 15-25°C, and thrives at high temperatures, which shortens fermentation and conditioning times. The tolerance to higher temperatures not only enables brewers to significantly reduce fermentation and conditioning times but also lowers energy costs associated with cooling – without compromising the quality and flavor profiles of hop-forward beers.
A great yeast strain for IPA and NEIPA.
- Pitch rate: 3-10g per 10L. Minimum 5g/10L at OG 1.045
- Recommended fermentation temperature: 31-37°C
- Flocculation: Low
- Attenuation: 76-80%
- Fermentation time: 2-3 days at 34-37°C
- Alcohol tolerance: 17%
