How much mead does one sachet make?
One 10 g sachet is sprinkled directly onto up to 23 litres of must.
What temperature should the mead ferment at?
M05 ferments well at 15–30 °C. Keeping it in the cooler part of the range gives more of the fresh, floral esters.
How strong a mead can I make?
M05 has high alcohol tolerance, up to around 18%, and very high attenuation. It therefore also suits strong meads.
