Mangrove Jack's Cider Nutrient is a diammonium phosphate-based yeast nutrient specially developed for fermenting cider made with apple or pear juice/must. The product supports yeast health by creating an optimal environment for the yeast, leading to faster fermentation and smoother results. The result is a cider with improved taste, aroma, and quality, every time.

The convenient single-dose packaging makes it easy to always have a nutrient pack ready for use when you need it. Add the contents of one pack to 15–23 litres of must, stir well until dissolved, and then add yeast according to the instructions on the yeast packet.
