Medusa hop pellets – neomexicanus hop with guava, melon and apricot
Medusa delivers strong flavour and aroma of intense guava, melon, apricot and citrus fruit. It is excellent as an aroma hop in IPAs, pale ales and other beers that need bold aromatics. The variety is a Humulus lupulus neomexicanus, a separate subspecies native to Colorado and New Mexico, and it is grown by CLS Farms. The name comes from its distinctive multi-headed cones. The pack contains 100 g of pellets.

Storage
The hops are vacuum-packed and stored in a freezer room at −18 °C, and the quality keeps well for several years. We prioritise hops from the last two harvests, but older hops can be just as good when they have been stored correctly. Once the pack is opened, seal it airtight and put it in the freezer.
