Milwaukee MW102 PRO+ pH meter with replaceable probe
The Milwaukee MW102 PRO+ is a pH meter with an accuracy of ± 0.02 pH and automatic temperature compensation up to 70 °C. It suits breweries, winemakers and homebrewers who measure mash pH, adjust water or monitor pH in demanding samples.
The gel-filled pH probe has a laboratory-grade double junction for low maintenance and high performance. The temperature sensor is stainless steel, and both probes have a 1 metre cable for flexible measuring. The probe is replaceable.

How do I calibrate the MW102?
The meter calibrates automatically at one or two points. Use calibration buffers, for example pH 7.01 and pH 4.01.
How should the probe be stored?
Always store the probe in electrolyte solution after use, for example MA9015. That keeps it in good condition and gives stable readings.
What pH should my mash have?
The ideal mash pH is 5.2–5.6. With the MW102 you can measure the mash and adjust with salts or lactic acid.
Can I measure hot samples?
Automatic temperature compensation works from 0 to 70 °C. Cool hot samples into that range before measuring.
Can the probe be replaced?
Yes. The SE220 pH electrode is replaceable.
