Description
Mosaic hop pellets 5 kg – tropical and complex aroma hop from the USA
Mosaic hop pellets in a 5 kg pack. The pack suits breweries and others brewing large volumes.
Please note: This product is only available in Norway.
Mosaic is an American hop variety with a complex, fruity aroma reminiscent of blueberry, mango, citrus and tropical fruit. It works for both bittering and aroma additions and is often used in IPA, NEIPA and pale ale. Mosaic gives the beer a modern hop profile and pairs well with Citra, Simcoe and Amarillo.
Mosaic was developed by the Hop Breeding Company and released in 2012. It is a daughter of Simcoe and a Nugget-derived male.
