With a Napoleon PRO Sizzle Pan, you get even more options when you want to prepare your favorite meals on the grill. The pan is suitable for frying everything from jumbo shrimp and hamburgers to fried eggs and bacon – and quickly becomes a versatile companion at the grill. The pan makes it easy to fry, for example, bacon, eggs, or jumbo shrimp, and it can be used either inside the grill or on a SIZZLE ZONE™ side burner. If you want to use it in the kitchen, the pan can also be used on a regular stovetop or in the oven.
The Sizzle Pan has a smart detachable and lockable handle, which is easy to attach to the pan when the food is cooked. Then you lift the Sizzle Pan onto the included trivet and serve the food directly in the hot pan. The pan has a non-stick surface and a small spout on each side, making it easy to pour off excess liquid.
