The Napoleon PRO rib and roast rack is a combination rack for anyone who wants to grill efficiently with consistent results. It can be used for large roasts and for spare ribs, and holds up to six racks of ribs at once.
Please note: This product is only available in Norway.
The rack has six cross holders for ribs and one lengthwise holder, so you can adapt it to what you are cooking. Lifting the meat off the cooking grid lets heat circulate around the food, giving a better crust and juicier results. Place a foil tray underneath to collect the juices for gravy.
The rack is made of stainless steel, has side handles and is dishwasher safe.
