Napoleon roast and chicken rack – reversible rack for roasts, ribs and beer can chicken
The Napoleon roast and chicken rack is a reversible stainless steel rack for larger cuts of meat, whole chicken and spare ribs. As a roast holder, place the roast in the basket with a drip pan underneath. Heat circulates around the whole piece of meat while the juices are collected.
Please note: This product is only available in Norway.
Turn the rack over and you get a rib holder with room for up to four racks of ribs. The ribs cook evenly on both sides and you save space on the cooking grid. There is room for a beverage can in the middle, so the rack can also be used for beer can chicken.
The rack has handles and is dishwasher safe.
