This reversible roasting and rib rack is an indispensable aid when grilling larger cuts of meat, whole chicken, or spare ribs. Use it as a roasting rack by placing the roast in the basket and a drip pan underneath. This allows heat to circulate around the entire piece of meat, while also collecting the meat juices.
Flip the rack upside down, and you get a practical rib holder with space for up to four racks of ribs. The ribs are grilled evenly on both sides, and you save valuable space on the grill grate. In the middle, there's also space for a beverage can, making it ideal for classic beer can chicken.
