With Napoleon's griddle for the small SIZZLE ZONE™, you get maximum use out of the infrared side burner on your grill. The griddle makes it easy to cook bacon, seared scallops, American pancakes, crispy potatoes, and other dishes that are otherwise difficult to prepare on a grill grate.
The griddle is made of solid cast iron that absorbs and retains heat well for even cooking. The porcelain enameled surface provides good non-stick properties and makes cleaning easier. An integrated grease channel drains away excess fat and helps prevent grease fires.
It is placed directly over the small SIZZLE ZONE™ burner, and the included stand ensures the correct distance to the heat source for optimal heat distribution and control. A perfect accessory for those who want to get even more out of their grill, all year round.
