The griddle comes with a custom stand that ensures optimal distance to the infrared burner. The result is precise temperature control and even heat distribution, whether you're frying bacon, American pancakes, potatoes, or delicate scallops.
The porcelain enameled surface provides excellent non-stick properties and makes cleaning easier. An integrated grease channel drains away excess grease and reduces the risk of grease fires. The griddle is made of solid cast iron and is built for durability and frequent use.
