Description
Napoleon griddle for SIZZLE ZONE™, large – cast iron for the infrared side burner
The Napoleon griddle for the SIZZLE ZONE™ lets you get more out of the infrared side burner. The cast iron griddle sits directly over the SIZZLE ZONE™ and turns the intense heat into an even, powerful cooking surface. It suits foods that are hard to cook on a regular grill grate.
Please note: This product is only available in Norway.
The griddle comes with a custom stand that keeps it at the right distance from the infrared burner. This gives good temperature control and even heat, whether you are frying bacon, American pancakes, potatoes or scallops.
The porcelain-enamelled surface has good non-stick properties and makes cleaning easier. An integrated grease channel drains away excess fat and reduces the risk of grease fires. The griddle is made of solid cast iron and stands up to frequent use.
