Submersible water pump for CIP spray balls – cleaning tanks and kegs

A submersible pump for CIP cleaning (clean in place) with a spray ball. Place the pump in a bucket or tub of cleaning solution, and it pumps the liquid through the spray ball, which rinses the inside of the fermentation tank, keg or brewing equipment. It comes ready to use with a plug and three hose barbs of 12, 15 and 18 mm.

Frequently asked questions about the CIP pump

How do I use the pump for CIP?

Place the pump in the cleaning solution, connect a hose from the pump to the spray ball in the tank and let a second hose return the liquid from the tank outlet. The cleaning solution then circulates until the tank is clean.

Which hoses fit?

The pump comes with 12, 15 and 18 mm hose barbs, so you can use the hose that suits your spray ball.

How high can the pump lift the liquid?

The max lift height is 320 cm, and the flow rate is up to 2000 litres per hour.
