False bottom for Grainfather G30 from BacBrewing – no silicone ring, with lock
Fitting the false bottom with its silicone ring in a Grainfather G30 can be fiddly. This false bottom from Italian BacBrewing needs no gasket, just like the G30 Rolled Plates. In addition, you can lock it to the malt pipe so it does not move or fall out when you empty the malt pipe after mashing.
Insert the plate at the bottom and turn the four tabs, and the plate is locked to the malt pipe. The false bottom is made of stainless steel with 2 mm holes, like the original Grainfather false bottom.
