Adapter 1/2" NPT to 1/4" MFL – stainless steel
Adapter from 1/2" NPT thread to 1/4" MFL thread, made from 304 stainless steel. It lets you fit a John Guest push-fit fitting with FFL thread, or a hose barb with 1/4" thread, to equipment with a 1/2" NPT port.

What are MFL and FFL?
MFL is a male flare thread and FFL is the matching female thread. They are widely used on gas and beer fittings, and an FFL nut screws straight onto the MFL thread.
Do I need a gasket?
On 1/4" MFL the joint normally seals with a flare washer inside the FFL nut. The NPT side can be sealed with PTFE tape.
