Swing-top stopper from Enolandia for the 5L glass carboy, also known as a demijohn. It lets you close the carboy tightly and open it again without tools, for example when storing wine, cider, mead or juice that has finished fermenting.

Can I ferment with the stopper fitted?
No. Gas must be able to escape during fermentation, so use a rubber cap or bung with an airlock. The swing-top stopper is for when fermentation is finished.
Does the stopper fit other bottles?
The stopper is made for the 5L glass carboy / demijohn. If you are unsure whether it fits a carboy you already own, contact us.
