Description
Polyclar Brewbrite 50 g – beer clarifier and stabiliser
Polyclar Brewbrite is a clarifier and stabiliser for beer, made from carrageenan, the active ingredient in Irish Moss, and PVPP (polyvinylpolypyrrolidone). It gives clearer beer, counteracts chill haze and supports better fermentation and colloidal stability. Brewbrite is removed from the beer together with the trub, and it does not need to be declared on the label.
For crystal-clear beer, you can use Polyclar Brewbrite together with Protafloc or Whirlfloc. The two types of clarifier complement each other.
