PolyKeg PRO 30L without bag, K valve – single-use PET keg for breweries
The PolyKeg PRO 30L is a single-use PET keg from Italian PolyKeg, made for breweries that fill and sell beer in kegs. This keg is bagless and has a K valve (KK coupler), compatible with KeyKeg couplers. The keg has a barrier against oxygen, CO2 and light, and is sold per euro pallet of 44 kegs.

Integrated dip tube for less foam
The keg has an internal dip tube that gives complete and correct dispensing with less foam. According to PolyKeg, this means 1–2 litres more saleable beer per keg.
Integrated pressure relief valve
The integrated pressure relief valve (PRV) has two functions:
- It automatically releases pressure above the set value of 5.5 bar throughout the life of the keg, and closes again once the pressure is back within range.
- After use, the lever on the valve can be removed so the keg is fully depressurised without extra equipment and without anyone having to be present.
Star San and other acid-based sanitizers can damage the pressure relief valve.
Compatibility
PolyKeg kegs are available with six valve types: A, S, D, G, M and K (KeyKeg compatible). They fit the most common filling and dispensing systems, so switching from other kegs needs no special investment. Ready to use
PolyKeg needs no internal cleaning. The keg is delivered pre-purged with nitrogen, vacuumed and then pressurised with 0.5 bar CO2, ready to fill. This gives low oxygen pickup during filling.
