Pressurized Transfer Fitting 1.5" Tri-Clamp – closed transfer at low pressure
The Pressurized Transfer Fitting from Ss Brewtech is a Tri-Clamp fitting for transferring beer under pressure, for example from the fermenter to a keg. It fits a 1.5" Tri-Clamp ferrule and has a built-in pressure relief valve and a 3/8" hose barb. You connect CO2 to the hose barb, and the valve releases excess pressure at 2–2.5 psi. This low pressure is enough to push the beer into the keg, and no pressure gauge is needed.

What is the fitting used for?
For closed transfers of beer with low CO2 pressure, for example from the fermenter to a keg. The beer is pushed across without siphoning or pumping.
What pressure does the fitting give?
The built-in pressure relief valve releases at 2–2.5 psi. This keeps the pressure in the tank low, but high enough to push the beer across.
Is a clamp included?
No. You need a 1.5" Tri-Clamp clamp and a gasket to fit it.
