A red wine kit from Winexpert's Private Reserve series, previously called "Bordeaux Style". The wine shows plum, blackcurrant and red berries with warm spice, subtle cedar and chocolate, and is smooth and silky from start to finish. The kit comes with crushed grape skins, which give the red wine colour, structure and body.
14 litres of grape must and concentrate makes approx. 23 litres of finished wine, which is 30 bottles of 750 ml. The wine is ready to bottle after 8 weeks.
