Please note: This product is only available in Norway.
How SB Compatible works
A submersible pump, for example in the Quantor SB Control Kit or our Temp Control Pump Kit, is lowered into the water bath. With a glycol mix the water bath can be cooled to −6°C. A chiller designed for submersible pumps gives small breweries a cheaper and more flexible solution than conventional glycol chillers with fixed piping and manifolds that distribute coolant to each tank.
The Black Edition comes with connections for cooling up to 6 tanks with submersible pumps, and has an external sight glass that makes it easy to check the liquid level.
Cooling capacity
The cooling capacity of 0.9 kW is enough for up to 3 tanks of 240 L, with one of them on cold crash at any time, or 6 tanks of 120 L.
