SafBrew HA-18 25g for high gravity beers
HA-18 from Fermentis is a blend of active dry yeast and enzymes, recommended for beers where high attenuation is important, including high gravity beers such as Barley Wines. This yeast can tolerate up to 18% ABV. HA-18 is a powerful solution that will produce many flavors in the final beer, thanks to high ester release. This blend will also produce phenols, which give a potential clove or spicy taste to the beverage.
