HOT WOK Silver Line 4.5 kW gas burner – for wok cooking indoors and outdoors
HOT WOK Silver Line is a 4.5 kW gas burner for stir-fries, stews and frying, both indoors and outdoors. The output gives plenty of heat for authentic wok cooking, and the electronic piezo ignition makes lighting quick and easy.
The rotary knob gives precise control of the gas supply, so you can adjust the heat as needed. The burner has an automatic gas shut-off that cuts the gas if the flame goes out.
Silver Line comes complete with battery, regulator and gas hose, ready to use straight out of the box. The regulator is designed for Norwegian gas cylinders and does not fit Swedish gas cylinders. You can combine it with HOT WOK pans, a grill pan or a paella pan, and store it in a HOT WOK carry bag when not in use.
