Smokin' Ed's Oh Boy! Garlic Soy X is a bold, spicy sauce made with soy sauce, Pepper X chilli, vinegar and garlic powder. It works for stir-fries, noodles, rice dishes and as a marinade, adding both umami and serious heat.

Pepper X is regarded as the world's hottest chilli and was developed by Smokin' Ed Currie at PuckerButt Pepper Company. It measures over 2.6 million Scoville Heat Units (SHU) and is only used in selected PuckerButt products.
