Smokin' Ed's Wing Thing – Pepper X is an intensely sweet and hot sauce with honey, dark brown sugar, garlic and spices. It is made with chicken wings in mind, but also works with other grilled food.
Pepper X is regarded as the world's hottest chilli and was developed by Smokin' Ed Currie at PuckerButt Pepper Company, who also developed the Carolina Reaper. Pepper X measures over 2.6 million Scoville Heat Units (SHU) and is only used in PuckerButt's own products.
