Frequently asked questions about the SNS Master Kettle Grill
What is two-zone grilling?
The charcoal is gathered on one side of the grill, in the Slow ’N Sear basket. Above the coals you get direct, intense heat for searing, and on the other side an indirect zone for gentle cooking and smoking.
Can I reverse sear on this grill?
Yes. Cook the meat on the indirect side at 110–120 °C to about 46–48 °C core temperature for rib-eye. Then move it over the coals and grill for about a minute per side.
Is the Slow ’N Sear system included?
Yes. The Slow ’N Sear system and the EasySpin™ grate come with the grill.
