Solenoid Valve 1/2" 12V normally closed – for temperature control of fermenters
A solenoid valve opens and closes the flow of coolant with an electrical signal. This valve from SNS Pneumatic has 1/2" NPT threads and is used for temperature control of fermenters with a cooling jacket. The valve is normally closed: it stays shut without power and opens when it receives 12 V. A temperature controller can then let coolant through the jacket only when the tank needs cooling.
