Speidel FS-MO 625L – stainless steel fermentation and storage tank
The Speidel FS-MO is a classic, round, upright fermentation and storage tank made of high-quality stainless steel. This version holds 625 litres and comes fully equipped with cooling jacket, sampling valve, thermometer, fermentation tube, valves and a cleaning pipe with spray head. The vaulted top allows the tank to be filled completely and vented, giving the beer a very small contact area with air.

Construction
- tank shell and bottom in AISI 304 stainless steel, surface IIId (2R), marbled outside
- tank top in AISI 316 stainless steel, surface IIId (2R), marbled outside
- lifting lugs on tanks from 1,000 mm diameter
- ladder safety bow on tanks from 2,000 mm height and on stacking tanks
- vaulted, stable top with moulded up-slope for complete filling and venting
- moulded filling and vent neck with internal thread NW 50 Rd 78 × 1/6"
- free-standing on three welded-on legs

Frequently asked questions about the Speidel FS-MO 625L
Is the FS-MO 625L a pressure tank?
No. The FS-MO is a fermentation and storage tank without pressure rating, with a dome and fermentation tube for venting. If you want to carbonate in the tank, a pressure tank such as the Speidel FS-MO-3B is the right choice.
How is the tank cooled?
The tank has a double jacket with four G1" connections, so the temperature is controlled with coolant from an external chiller.
How is the tank cleaned?
The tank has a cleaning pipe with a spray head at the top, so it can be cleaned in place without opening it.
What does the tank cost and what is the lead time?
