Description
Ingredients: Concentrated wort from 65% wheat malt and 35% base malt.
CBW malt extract can be used to brew all types of extract beers, and by all-grain brewers to:
- adjust specific gravity, the strength of the wort
- adjust color
- improve body/fullness and head retention
- pitch yeast starters: 100g per 1 liter gives a wort strength of 1.038.
1 kg of malt extract per 10 liters gives a wort strength of approx. 1.038.
For a 25L batch, 1 kg of spraymalt corresponds to an increase in SG of approx. 1.015.
Spraymalt is hygroscopic and attracts moisture when the bag is opened.
