Turbo Carbon, activated carbon, is a carbon blend that removes impurities not removed by ordinary filtration, giving you a cleaner and smoother taste.

Turbo Carbon is designed to work with our range of turbo yeasts. It is added immediately after the yeast is pitched. The unique internal pore structure of Turbo Carbon traps impurities that could otherwise affect the quality of the finished products, helping to create a cleaner and more pleasant taste.

Mixing Instructions:

  1. Before opening the sachet, massage it to ensure the contents are not clumped.
  2. Add Turbo Carbon immediately after pitching your chosen Turbo Yeast.
  3. Stir well to distribute the carbon evenly throughout the wort.
