Target 100 g hop pellets – English hop with spice and sage
Target is an English hop variety from Wye College, released in 1976. It is used both as a bittering and an aroma hop and gives flavour and aroma of spice, sage and a hint of citrus. BarthHaas also describes woody notes of tobacco leaves and cognac, light vanilla and elderflower, and points to interesting potential for dry hopping. The 100 g pack is suited to homebrewers.
