This long cleaning brush is made for cleaning the dip tube in Cornelius kegs and other brewing equipment with narrow tubes or hoses. With a brush diameter of 6.3 mm (1/4") and a total length of 91 cm, it reaches narrow passages that an ordinary brush cannot.
The flexible bristles remove yeast, protein residue and other deposits without damaging the surface. A clean dip tube matters, because residue in the tube can cause off-flavours and foaming when dispensing.
