Weissbier 20L Fresh Wort Kit
Discover the taste of traditional German beer culture with our Weissbier Fresh Wort Kit – an authentic clone of the iconic Paulaner Weissbier. This kit gives homebrewers the opportunity to recreate the familiar, fruity, and refreshing taste of a classic wheat beer. With its soft mouthfeel and characteristic notes of banana and clove, this Weissbier is perfect for warm days or cozy evenings. As recommended by Fermentis, we have chosen the new dry yeast W-68 which originates from Weihenstephan and is ideal for German Weissbier.
In all our Fresh Wort Kits, the wort is carefully water-adjusted to refine taste and aroma and form the basis for optimal fermentation conditions, and yeast nutrient and fining agents are added. Fresh, professionally brewed wort
Our Fresh Wort Kits contain 20 liters of water-adjusted wort, professionally brewed by Austmann Bryggeri, one of Norway's leading microbreweries. With the aim of providing our customers with the absolute highest quality to produce a perfect craft beer at home, the wort is filled in Bag In Box using high-tech filling machinery. The bag is then flushed with nitrogen to ensure minimal oxygen in the wort. The wort is 100% ready to use, and both fining agents and yeast nutrients are added during the boil. This is not a semi-finished product, and you should not top up with water. Just pitch the yeast and follow the instructions.
