Description

Wiener Style Vienna Lager all-grain beer kit – malty, crisp lager

With the Wiener Style beer kit you brew a balanced, crisp Vienna Lager with malt sweetness from Vienna and Munich malt, gently hopped with Columbus and Northern Brewer. The recipe is based on a recipe from Skamlaust Bryggeri, and it is a beer many brewers come back to.

The kit is for those who brew themselves, with a brewing system, mashing and boiling from scratch.

For quality and shelf life, the malt is supplied uncrushed. If you do not already have one, we recommend a grain mill so that your ingredients are completely fresh on brew day. Freshly crushed malt gives the best result.
