Description
WLE4900 Brewzyme-D
Avoid hop creep and diacetyl formation by using WLE4900 Brewzyme-D (Alpha Acetolactate Decarboxylase, also called ALDC). The product has long been used by breweries, ALDC, and is now finally available in packaging for homebrewers. Brewzyme-D is especially suitable for brewers who do not have optimal temperature control to be able to include a diacetyl rest after fermentation. A diacetyl rest is not necessary with the correct dosage of Brewzyme-D.
Benefits of Brewzyme-D / ALDC
- Reduces diacetyl production
- Reduces hop creep that can occur during dry hopping
- Significantly reduces maturation time
- Improves beer quality
How to use Brewzyme-D:
10mL per 20L is added together with the yeast, and/or together with dry hops to avoid hop creep.
pH range: 4.0-7.0
Temperature range: 10–40°C
