Description

WLN 1000 Yeast Nutrient for Beer

Contains diammonium phosphate, essential vitamins and co-factors, nitrogen (amino acids, proteins and peptides) and minerals. An effective boost for first and/or later generations of yeast slurry.

For commercial use, one package is enough for 5bbls. For homebrewers, 2.5 grams (half a teaspoon) is enough for 20 liters.

Add the yeast nutrient during the last 10 minutes of boiling.
