WLP001 California Ale Yeast - PurePitch Next Generation

WLP001 was the first yeast strain produced by White Labs in 1995. It is their best-selling yeast, known for its clean flavors and robust fermentations. Popular in hoppy beers, as it enhances hop flavors and aromas and provides good attenuation, even for beers with high original gravity. This yeast strain can be used in almost all beer styles, from IPA to porter and even kölsch, making it a great all-around yeast.
