Description
YAKINIKU MEDIUM Rectangular Shichirin PRO – Japanese table grill for yakitori and konro
The YAKINIKU MEDIUM Rectangular Shichirin PRO is a further development of the classic Japanese table grill. It is designed for better control, higher temperatures and easier use, and suits anyone who wants to grill yakitori and yakiniku at home.
The double-wall construction gives good airflow and even, stable heat throughout the grilling session. This makes it easy to reach high temperatures while keeping control of the cooking. With the charcoal grate you can create different heat zones and cook several dishes at once.
The grill is made of durable two-part ceramic with quartz and cordierite. This gives good heat distribution and reduces the risk of cracks, even at high temperatures. The removable ash drawer makes cleaning quick and easy.
