Zetolite 63 (Copper)
Zetolite is added to the wort at the start of fermentation or to the beer at the start of maturation to aid healthy yeast growth, and specifically to either prevent or reduce the occurrence of sulfide compounds such as H2S - hydrogen sulfide (rotten eggs) or DMS - dimethyl sulfide - DMS (cooked corn).
