Tenco Enolmatic – vacuum bottle fillers and filtration
Tenco of Italy makes bottle filling machines. Brewshop carries the Enolmatic semi-automatic vacuum fillers for beer, wine and viscous liquids, the professional Enolmaster, the Tandem filter housing with 0.5 to 5 micron cartridges, and spare parts such as gaskets, lids, nozzles and hoses.
How vacuum filling works
When the bottle is placed under the filling head, the machine creates a vacuum inside it. The vacuum draws the liquid straight from the tank into the bottle without contact with the pump or any mechanical parts. That lowers the risk of oxidation compared with pump filling and gives an even fill level from bottle to bottle.
Choosing a Tenco filler
Enolmatic for beer fills around 200 bottles an hour. It comes with a plastic or stainless steel nozzle, and the stainless nozzle is also sold separately.
Enolmatic for wine and viscous liquids – dedicated versions, plus a plastic wine nozzle with spring and brackets.
Enolmaster fills up to 600 bottles an hour and comes in beer and spirits versions. The pneumatic version for spirits above 20% needs a 6 bar compressor with at least a 100 litre tank and 2 HP. The compressor is not included.
Filtration: The Enolmatic Tandem filter housing sits between the tank and the filler. The vacuum pulls the liquid through the filter and straight into the bottle.

Tenco Enolmatic FAQ
What is the difference between Enolmatic and Enolmaster?
Both fill by vacuum. The Enolmatic is a compact semi-automatic filler for around 200 bottles an hour. The Enolmaster is a professional machine that fills up to 600 bottles an hour.
Can I filter wine with the Enolmatic?
Yes. With the Tandem filter housing you can filter wine, mead, spirits, syrup and fruit juice while you bottle. It takes glass fibre or stainless steel cartridges.
Which filter cartridge should I choose?
Cartridges come in 5, 1 and 0.5 micron. The lower the number, the finer the filtration. Many start with a coarse cartridge and move to a finer one so the fine cartridge does not clog too quickly.
What spare parts are available?
We stock the Enolmaster gasket set, an O-ring and spare lid for the Enolmatic vacuum lid, hose sets, nozzles and Pharmapress tubing in 11 × 16 mm and 6.4 × 12.6 mm.
